I am not an American and I don’t live in America. In this article, I am looking at the United States of America from a Heavenly point of view. Also, I make this assessment because I live in a developing country where the USA has contributed a lot towards the well-being of my fellow countrymen. Below I give 7 reasons God has blessed America.
1. America has a heart for the poor in other countries.
God will bless every country that blesses poor people. Listen to what the Bible says:
Blessed is he that considereth the poor:
the Lord will deliver him in time of trouble.
Psalm 41:1-3
2. America has a heart for the sick.
God is not unjust; he will not forget your work and the love you have shown him as yohave helped his people and continue to help them.
Hebrews 6:10
3. America has a heart for refugees.
Do not forget to show hospitality to strangers,
for by so doing some people have shown hospitality to angels without knowing it.
Hebrews 13:2
4. America has helped millions of hungry people in the world.
For I was hungry and you gave me something to eat, I was thirsty and you gave me something to drink, I was a stranger and you invited me in.
Mathew 25:35
5. America has helped millions of orphans overseas.
USA has done this through its many overseas development programs.
6. America has helped millions of widows overseas.
USA has done this through its many development programs all over the world.
7. Most Important: AMERICA HAS ALWAYS STOOD WITH ISRAEL.
Of all the countries in the world, no other has stood with Israel like the U.S.A. This support has brought America a lot of God’s blessings.
8. America has fought for the justice of millions of people in many countries.
I know that the Lord secures justice for the poor and upholds the cause of the needy.
Psalm 140:12
